Resumes

Resumes will be accessed by employers, recruiters, human resource professionals and other registered uses of the ITAP FUSION database. There are two ways of uploading a resume onto the ITAP FUSION website:

The user can store one’s resume in ITAP FUSION’s database, but not allow it to be searchable by potential employers. If the user allows one’s resume to be searchable, then all parties with access to ITAP FUSION’s searchable resume database (or copies thereof) will have access to the user’s resume.

In addition, the user can also elect to make one’s resume confidential; this means that the user’s contact info and current employer will be not be displayed to all parties with access to ITAP FUSION’s searchable resume database.

ITAP FUSION will make every effort through contractual means, and through the use of user IDs and passwords to restrict access to our searchable resume database (or copies thereof) only to paying employers, recruiters, hiring managers, headhunters and human resource professionals. Additional access may be granted to law enforcement and national security agencies, but cannot unequivocally guarantee that other parties will not gain access to ITAP FUSION’s database. ITAP FUSION assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the use made of resumes by third parties who access resumes while they are in our searchable database. The user may remove one’s resume from ITAP FUSION’s database at any time. It should be noted, that employers, recruiters and others who have paid for access to ITAP FUSION’s database or to obtain a copy of that database, as well as parties who have otherwise gained access to the database, may have retained a copy of the user’s resume in their files or databases external to ITAP FUSION. ITAP FUSION assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the retention, use or privacy of resumes in these instances.

ITAP FUSION will ensure that it uses a best efforts approach to protecting that information in accordance to our Privacy Statment. By using this website the user acknowledges that there may be instances that are beyond the control of ITAP FUSION and will not hold ITAP FUSION, its partners, affiliated companies or its employers liable for such an instance of unauthorized access to ITAP FUSION’s database. ITAP FUSION cannot guarantee that all employers, recruiters and other persons with access will adhere to the limitations that ITAP FUSION places on them, or that unauthorized persons would not gain access to the database, despite ITAP FUSIONs best efforts.
